Terms and Conditions
The Borderless $6K Global Study Scholarship 2026 (“Programme”) made available by Borderless (“we”, “us”, “our") is offered on a best effort basis. Participation is entirely voluntary, but once you choose to participate and submit the form, you agree to be bound by these Terms related to the Programme.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Borderless and its affiliates, representatives, and partners shall not be liable for any consequences arising directly or indirectly from any inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by you.
- All applications will be reviewed based on internal criteria determined solely by Borderless.
- Borderless reserves the absolute right and discretion to select or reject any applicant for payment, scholarship, or participation, without the obligation to provide reasons.
- Any decision made by Borderless in this regard shall be final and binding.
- Submission of this application does not guarantee selection for any payment, scholarship, or benefit.
- Any scholarship or payment awarded is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the selected recipient. Borderless reserves the right to cancel or revoke the scholarship or payment in case of any attempted transfer, assignment, or misuse.
- Upon announcement of the selected winner, the payment awarded shall be credited to the winner’s Borderless Multi-Currency account within 7 (seven) business days. For any queries relating to the prize money or payment, please contact help@borderless.world.
- Governing Law. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with these Terms related to the Programme shall be subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Karnataka only.
- Change of Terms of the Programme. We reserve the exclusive right to add, modify, suspend, withdraw or change these Terms of the Programme or the Programme at any time without prior notice. We may also partially or fully replace these Terms with another or withdraw it entirely.
- You shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulatory or compliance requirements in connection with your participation in this Programme.
- We will not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of any Force Majeure event which includes circumstances beyond our control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government in its sovereign or contractual capacity, acts of public enemies or terrorists, acts of civil or military authority, war, riots, civil strife, terrorism, blockades, sabotage, rationing, embargoes, epidemics, pandemics, earthquakes, fire, flood, quarantine restrictions, power shortages or failures, outages whether planned or unplanned, utility or communication failures or delays, labour disputes, strikes, or shortages, supply shortages, equipment failures, or software malfunctions.
- Borderless may disclose any information or details relating to these Terms of the Programme or otherwise relevant, to regulators or other competent authorities if required under applicable law.
- We shall not be liable for any tax implications, legal consequences, or compliance obligations arising from participation in this Programme or from any benefits received thereunder, including any reward received upon being declared a winner. Participants are advised to seek independent tax and legal advice.
- These Terms of Use are in addition to the Company User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other pertinent disclosures as made available (collectively “Disclosures”) you agree to when participating in the Programme. In case of any discrepancy, the Terms shall prevail solely with respect to this specific Programme made available by us.
